With the introduction of the CS2 Trade Protection update, all third-party cashout platforms - including SellYourSkins.com - now have to hold items for 7 days before the payout can be processed. This means your funds are not sent immediately after confirming the sale, but instead are automatically released after the Trade Protection period ends.
To find out exactly when your payout will arrive, follow these steps:
Go to your Profile (top right corner of the site)
Click on My Trades
In the transaction history table, look for the "Payout Date" column
This column shows the exact date and time when your money will be sent. The payout is released after 7 full days from the moment you accept the trade offer, rounded up to the next full hour.
For example: if you accept your trade offer at 1:45 PM, your Trade Protection period will end 7 days later at 2:00 PM, and your payout will be sent automatically at that time.
