However, due to the CS2 Trade Protection update introduced on July 16, 2025, all third-party cashout platforms (including ours) are now required to hold items for 8 days before releasing the payment.

That modal explains the 8-day Trade Protection hold and how payouts are handled. To continue you must actively confirm that you understand and agree to the delayed payout by checking the consent checkbox in that modal. No user can complete a sale without reading and accepting this notice.
This means your funds will be automatically sent 8 days after you accept the offer - no need to do anything else. The countdown starts the moment you confirm the trade.
💡 Once the hold period ends, the payout will be processed immediately at 9:00 AM (European timezone) on the 8th day after accepting the offer.
