If your issue is related to a payment, there's usually no need to worry. Transactions are normally processed instantly, but during busy periods it may take up to 30 minutes for everything to be completed. This delay is most often caused by banks, PayPal, or other payment providers processing the payout on their side.
Entered the wrong payment details? No worries! Our system automatically detects incorrect payment formats and will usually block the payout before it is sent. In most cases, the transaction will be automatically canceled. Simply contact us with the correct payment details, and we'll update them in our system and resend your payout.
