First of all, check the transaction status in the Profile > My Trades tab on our site.

If the status of your payment is "Processing", your trade has been confirmed and you are guaranteed to receive your payment. Please allow some time for your payment to get processed - usually just a minute or two does the whole work! In some unusual but existing cases, due to technical delays or manual transaction verification procedures, your trade may last in processing for up to 1-2 hrs.

Note, that while we send the funds instantly, there are multiple factors that can increase the delivery time, such as a queue of processing payments in our system or the payment provider's system.

If you have not received your wallet transfer within longer time (which rarely happens), please contact us and we will do our best to help you out! 😊
