Each transaction on SellYourSkins.com comes with a status that reflects its current state. If something seems unclear or you haven’t received your payout yet, this is the first place you should check.

There you’ll see a full list of your transactions, including their current status and payout date (if applicable).
Here’s what each status means:
❗️ On Hold (Trade Protection)
Your sale is in the 8-day waiting period due to CS2 Trade Protection.
Your payout will be sent automatically once this period ends — no additional action needed! Right next to the On Hold status, you’ll see the exact payout date for the trade.
▪️ Processing
The 8-day hold is over and your payment is now being processed. In most cases, this only takes a moment — but during periods of high traffic, your payout may be queued for a short while. Delays can last 15 to 60 minutes, depending on system load.
▪️ Canceled
The transaction was automatically canceled by us — most likely because the user didn’t respond or complete the trade in time.
▪️ Declined
The transaction was canceled by the user.
⚠️ If you didn’t decline it yourself, this could be a sign of an attempted API scam. Please check your Steam account security settings.
▪️ Reversed
The trade was undone through Steam’s Trade Protection feature — meaning the sender clicked the “Undo Trade” button during the 7-day protection window. This feature is controlled by Steam, not us.
▪️ Refunded
The transaction was manually canceled and refunded by our support team, usually due to invalid payment details, unsupported method, or pricing errors. The item is returned to your Steam account.
▪️ Trade on Hold
The trade couldn’t be completed because your account is missing the Steam Mobile Authenticator, or it hasn’t been active for long enough. Steam restricts such accounts from instant trading.
▪️ Contact Support
There’s an issue with your sale that requires manual review.
