To receive your payment via bank transfer, it’s important to enter the correct account details. Depending on the chosen payment method and country, they may vary:
🇪🇺 For SEPA Bank Transfer (Europe):
You need to provide your IBAN number. This is an international bank account number that starts with two letters representing your country (e.g. PL for Poland, DE for Germany, etc.) and contains the account digits.
🔍 Where to find it?
In your bank’s mobile app
In your online banking account
On a transfer confirmation or bank statement
Note: The IBAN is different from your local account number — it’s longer and always begins with your country code.
🌍 For other countries / methods (e.g. local transfers outside SEPA):
In most cases, it’s enough to provide your bank account number.
🔍 You’ll also find it:
In your bank’s mobile app
In your online banking account
On bank statements or a transfer confirmation
🇬🇧 For the United Kingdom (UK):
In the UK, we require:
Account Number – 8 digits
Sort Code – 6 digits (in the format: 00-00-00)
You can find both in your banking app or online banking.
❗ Important note:
🔐 Do not enter your debit or credit card number (e.g. Visa, Mastercard)!
Your bank account number or IBAN is something completely different.
The card number is the 16-digit number printed on your physical card – it cannot be used to receive payments.
If you’re unsure, feel free to contact us — we’ll gladly check the details for you before we send the payment. 😊
